Globally there is heavy preassure for cash liquidity. My clients who are in real estate industry most of the times ask the only one question. i.e. what is the solution for liquidity.
probably this is the question for every one. one has to blame present banking system for the failure.
The problem has a solution. Globally few countries have no impact of recession and banking also the governments in such countries are helpfull in attracting investments for their countries. This is a good time for indian industries having assests (mainly not having liquid assets) to take this opportunity to consolidate their position in such offshore investment centeres and to liquidiate their assets for future gain.
I am working on few such projects with the help of government agencies who are interested in getting indian contrubution for the development of their business.Government of india is also interested in buidling bilateral relations with such countries.
